1) With a partner, complete for time:

BUY IN:  100 Double Unders each (sub: 200 singles)

  • 42 reps Deadlift, switching every 7 reps (225#/155#)
  • 42 reps HSPUs, switching every 7 reps
  • 30 reps Deadlift, switching every 5 reps (225#/155#)
  • 30 reps HSPUs, switching every 5 reps
  • 18 reps Deadlift, switching every 3 reps (225#/155#)
  • 18 reps HSPUs, switching every 3 reps

BUY OUT:  100 Double Unders each (sub: 200 singles)
