We have a normal schedule at the gym.

1) Complete as many rounds as possible while partner is running.

  • 12 Dumbbell Deadlifts (50#/35#)
  • 9 Dumbbell Hang power cleans (50#/35#)
  • 6 Dumbbell Shoulder to over head (50#/35#)

*Partner runs 400m, Each partner will complete 2 runs. Score is time completed and number of dumbbell rounds completed.
