ACF WOD – 10.04.14 “Me and my training buddy!”

1) In teams of 2, complete as many rounds in 21 minutes of:

  • 3 reps HSPU
  • 90′ Dumbbell farmers carry RUN (50#/35#)
  • 6 alternating Stone to Shoulder
  • 90′ Dumbbell farmer’s carry RUN (50#/35#)

*NOTES: 1 athlete will work at a time, completing a full round.  Athlete 2 will be staged to start his/her HSPUs immediately upon their teammate returning.  For the stones, pick something heavy for you but that you can move quickly and efficiently.  Experience with stones will dictate load.  These should be SPRINT rounds…HAVE FUN!
