ACF WOD – 10.16.14 “Baby Boomers!”

1) 18 minute AMRAP, in teams of 2 – Alternating rounds:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 7 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
  • 9 Goblet Squats (53#/35#)

* Today’s workout is in honor of a couple Mommas-To-Be, Kristin Casillas and Adrienne Hallock!  The real party will be during the 6:15pm class where both Joel and Robby will be doing the WOD with a Med-Ball saran wrapped to their bellies.  The workout for the 4 of them will be slightly modified and will be a surprise when they arrive!
