ACF WOD – 10.18.14 “The world is my gym”

*Saturday classes are canceled, however the gym being closed is no excuse for you to skip out on a workout. Here are a few quick ideas you can do yourself. We will resume normal schedule on Sunday for open gym.

1) Complete 10 rounds for time:

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Sit ups
  • 10 Lunges (5 each leg)

2) AMRAP 3 minutes

  • STRICT Pull-ups

* Get creative with this one. Go to a park and find something to pull yourself up onto or a tree limb!

3) 5 kilometer run, hike or bike.
