ACF WOD – 10.29.14 “Minute Man”

1) EMOM 20 minutes:

  • ODD:  Power Snatch, Overhead Squat, Hang Squat Snatch
  • EVEN:  10 – 15 reps Burpees

* For the snatch complex, pick a weight you can move efficiently and all 3 movements at a quick pace.  For the burpees, pick a number and consistently hit it all even minutes.  Avoid changing your reps halfway through.
