1) Complete for time:

  • 30 Kettle Bell swings (70#/53#)
  • 30 Toes to bar
  • 30 Kettle Bell Swings (70#/53#)

2) Complete for time with a team of 3 or 4 people

  • 90′ Shuttle sprint

*Each team member will complete 4 shuttle sprints. Only one person working at a time. Focus on quick turns and giving each sprint 100% effort.
