ACF WOD – 11.12.14 “Skills to pay the bills”

1) SKILL WORK:

  • Snatch Balance

* For this portion, we will work technique and speed in the snatch balance.  The focus won’t be building heavy, but rather gaining efficiency through optimal positioning in the movement.

2) AMRAP 14 min:

  • ODD:  Snatch Grip Deadlift + Hang Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat
  • EVEN:  30 reps Double Unders (sub: 10 reps Tuck Jumps)

* Single unders will not be an appropriate scale for Double unders today.  Instead, you will substitute 10 reps Tuck Jumps if you are not efficient yet with your Double unders.
