ACF WOD – 11.13.14 “Jake the Snake”

1) In 10 minutes, find a:

  • 3 RM Weighted Pull-up (STRICT)

2) Complete for time:  (18 minute time cap!)

  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps Push Jerk (185#/125#)
  • 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 reps Pull-ups

* Notice the time cap.  Pick a weight on the Push Jerks that you can strive to complete all sets UNBROKEN.  Be smart with the Pull-ups; the coaches may require that you scale the reps to finish in the cap.
