1) Every 30 seconds for 8 minutes:

  • 1 Power snatch
  • 1 Hang power snatch
  • 1 Overhead squat

*Pick an appropriate weight to work on technique

2) Complete for time:

  • 400m run
  • 2 minute rest
  • 400m run
  • 90 second rest
  • 400m run
  • 1 minute rest
