1) Complete 5 rounds for time:

  • 10 Hand stand push ups
  • 20 Sit ups

2) Team shuttle sprints x4

3) Max weight sled push x3

*Regular CrossFit class at 8:00am with 1 hour of members only open gym starting at 9:15am
