1) Complete 3 rounds for time: 400m run 12 reps Thrusters (95#/65#) 21 reps Toes to Bar 2) Pull ups: 1 attempt at a max effort of chest to bar pull ups. * Scale appropriately to where you can get at least 20 reps.
