1) Power Clean & Push Jerk:

  • Take 10 minutes to work up to a heavy single

2) Complete 3 sets:

  • 1:00 Row for calories
  • 10 reps Clean & Jerk (135#/95#)

– Rest as needed between sets –

* Part 2 is meant to be MAX EFFORT.  You will row for as many calories as possible, then IMMEDIATELY go to your barbell and complete the C&J’s with as minimal rest as possible.
