ACF WOD: 1.13.15 “Faster Fat Blaster”

1) This workout will be completed with a team of 2 people, 5 rounds each person. 10 rounds per team.

Complete 1 round every 2 minutes for 20 minutes.

 

  • 5 Strict pull-ups
  • 10 Box jumps (24″/20″)
  • 15 SumoDeadlift high pulls (95#/65#)

Each round is meant to be executed as fast as possible. Rest for 2 minutes while parter completes their round. Extra rest is accumulated by finishing your round faster than 2 minutes.
