1) Complete 4 rounds (each person) as fast as possible with a partner

  • 9 Dumbbell Thrusters (50#/35#)
  • 2 Muscle ups or 1 Rope climb

Then immediately into 4 rounds of:

  • 200m run or row
  • 9 Strict Ring Dips

*Rest while partner works.

*Then Join us for open gym from 9:15 am – 10:15 am
