ACF WOD – 01.19.15 “Hope you ate your spinach!”

1) With a partner, complete 5 rounds for time of:

  • 1 Squat Clean Thruster (155#/105#)
  • 2 Squat Clean Thrusters
  • 3 Squat Clean Thrusters
  • 4 Squat Clean Thrusters
  • 5 Squat Clean Thrusters

* Partner 1 will complete 1 rep of a squat clean thruster, then partner 2 will complete 1 rep of a squat clean thruster.  Partner 1 will then complete 2 reps of the movement, then partner 2 does 2 reps.  Partners will alternate until both have done the set of 5 reps.  That is 1 round completed…you only have 4 more to go!  :)  Pick a challenging enough weight but something you could do 5 reps “touch and go” when fresh.
