ACF WOD – 02.03.15 “Technical Complexity”

1) Snatch:

  • Take 15 minutes to work up to today’s heavy single full snatch.

2) With the weight you worked up to in part 1, complete:

  • 1 set of max reps Overhead Squat
  • 1 set of max reps Front Squat
  • 1 set of max reps Back Squat

* Rest exactly 2 minutes between each movement.  Each variation of squat should be unbroken with no more than a 2 second rest at the top.  Barbells are taken from the ground.
