ACF WOD: 2.12.14 “Focus on Form”

1) Take 12 minutes to work up in weight for:

  • Squat Snatch

2) EMOM for 12 minutes

  • Odd Minutes : 1 Squat snatch, 1 Hang squat snatch, 1 Over head squat (Light – Medium weight to focus on speed and form, no more than 70% of squat snatch weight)
  • Even Minutes: 10 KB Swings (70#/53#)
