Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy 40th Birthday to Chris Clayton. Bring your sweetie in and help wish Chris a happy birthday by crushing these workouts next to him. Join us for open gym immediately after class till 10:15 am

1) Complete 6 rounds for time with a partner:

  • 2 Front Squats (205#/140#)
  • 14 Burpees over the bar
  • 15 Calorie Row

*Each person completes 3 rounds, Rest while partner works.

2) Complete for time with a partner:

  • 40 Hand Stand Push Ups
  • 40 Wall-Balls (30#/20#)
  • 40 Pull-ups

*Each person completes 40 reps of each movement switching every 10 reps.
