1) Teams of 2 – AMRAP 20 min:

  • 15 reps Wallballs (20#/14#)
  • 12 reps Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 9 reps Deadlift (225#/155#)

* Complete a full round before switching.  Rounds should be FAST and UNBROKEN.  If the reps are too much to go fast & UB, scale to 12, 9, 6 reps.
