1) Complete for time:

  • 400m run
  • 20 reps “Curtis P’s” (95#/65#)

  • 10 reps “Curtis P’s” (95#/65#)
  • 400m run

* 5 reps Burpees each time the set is broken up.  You may rest in the rack position for a max of 3 seconds but may not rest the bar on the ground.

1 REP CURTIS P = 1 Power Clean, 1 front rack Lunge on each leg, 1 Push Press.
