1) EMOM for 5 rounds with a partner:

  • 7 Pull-ups
  • 7 Dumbbell Thrusters (50#/35#)
  • 7 Hand Stand Push-ups

*Scale the reps and weight appropriately so you finish just under 1 minute. Rest while partner works, alternating rounds every minute.
