ACF WOD – 03.16.15 “Temperature Change”

1) Complete 4 rounds each, with a partner:

  • 21 reps Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 15 reps Bar Facing Burpees
  • 9 reps Squat Cleans (135#/95#)

* Partner 1 will complete the 21-15-9 set while partner 2 rests.  These are meant to be FAST rounds; scale load and reps appropriate to a scheme where you can move fast and unbroken through the entire set.
