ACF WOD: 3.24.15 “Skills to pay the bills”

EMOM 14 Minutes:

  • Odd Minutes:  3 Hang Squat Snatch / 3 Over Head Squats
  • Even Minutes: 6 Box Jumps (24″/20″) / 20 Double unders

* Pick an appropriate weight for the snatches to keep the bar off the ground the entire time.

* Scale the reps down if necessary to allow for at least 10-15 seconds rest each round.

* Scale double unders to single unders 2:1
