1) Work up to a heavy Barbell Complex:

  • Power Clean – Hang Squat Clean – Front Squat

* The complex is ‘Touch n go.’  12-15 minutes to work up to a HEAVY set.

2) Complete for time:

  • 30 reps Hang Squat Cleans (135#/95#)

* 10 reps Barbell roll-outs for every time you drop the bar.
