  • 27 reps Thrusters (95#/65#)

* For each time you drop the bar during a set, you must complete 1 legless rope climb.

1) Every 4 minutes for 20minutes complete:

  • 400m Run
  • 12 reps Pull-ups
  • 15 reps Push-ups

* 5 rounds total.  Scale appropriately to give yourself some built in rest so that you hit each round hard!
