ACF WOD – 04.30.15 “Lift & Jump!”

1) Complete for time:

  • 10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 reps Clean-Grip Deadlift (225#/155#)
  • 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 reps Burpee Broad Jump (8’/6′)

*For this, you will complete 10 deadlifts, then 1 BBJ.  Then 9 DL and 2 BBJ, etc…  Do the BBJ’s parallel to your barbell, ensuring you attain the proper distance every rep!  The Deadlifts MUST be UNBROKEN on every set!  Scale appropriately.
