1) Complete 4 rounds for time with a partner

  • 10 Back Squats (225#/155#)
  • 10 Push Jerks (185#/125#)
  • 10 Thrusters (135#/95#)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)

* Partner one completes 10 back squats then partner two completes the 10 back squats. Weight is switched out and partner one completes 10 Push jerks then partner two completes 10 push jerks. Ect.. Each person completes 4 rounds. All weight is taken from ground.
