ACF WOD – 05.12.14 “Going Under”

1) Complete 5 sounds for time: 6 reps Burpee Box Jumps (24"/20") 12 reps Overhead Squats (75#/55#) * Yesterday's workout was higher rep, longer time domain.  For today, the stimulus is intended to be fast, unbroken and painful!  In a good kind of way of course :)  Attack this one with full intensity; scale appropriately so you won't hold back.
