ACF WOD – 05.14.15 “Target Practice”

1) With a partner, complete 3 rounds each for time:

  • 21 reps Wallballs (20#/14#)
  • 14 reps Handstand Pushups
  • 7 reps Deadlift (315#/205#)

* Partner 1 will do 21 reps Wallballs, then partner 2 will complete 21 wallballs while partner 1 rests.  Once partner 2 has completed 21 reps wallballs, partner 1 will move on to complete 14 reps Handstand Pushups while partner 2 rests, and so on.  Strive for unbroken and/or FAST sets!
