1) Complete for time:

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pull ups
  • 200 push ups
  • 300 air squats
  • 1 mile run

* “If you have a 25# vest, wear it.”  In this workout, it is intended to move through each station, in completion, before advancing to the next movement.  SCALE APPROPRIATELY.
