1)  Complete for time with a partner

  • 1.5 mile run – corner of  San Anselmo x El Camino (K-Mart)

4 rounds each: (rest while partner works)

  • 19 pull ups
  • 19 push ups
  • 19 burpees

Then,

  • 800 meter Overhead plate carry (45#/35#) and Dumbbell Farmer’s carry (50#/35#)

* For the carries, one partner will be carrying a plate overhead while the other partner is carrying the dumbbells.  Partners may switch as much as they want but may not advance until the plate is in the overhead position.  Scale reps and loads/run distance appropriately.
