1) Complete 4 rounds each with a partner:
* Partner 2 will perform as many reps push press as possible during the time it takes parter 1 to row the appropriate number of calories. They will then switch stations. Push press reps may not start until the rower starts his/her row. If during the row the bar is dropped, rowing must stop until the bar is picked back up. This workout will be scored two ways; total time and total reps push press. Rower must be reset before each row.
