1) AMRAP 10 min:

3 – 6 – 9 – 12 – 15 – 18……

  • Overhead Squats (95#/65#)
  • Box Jumps (24″/20″)

*Ascending reps; you will complete 3 overhead squats then 3 box jumps, 6 overhead squats then 6 box jumps, etc.  Continue adding 3 reps each round for the 10 minutes.  Score = total reps completed.
