1) Complete 5 rounds for time:

  • 14 reps barbell Turkish get ups (45#/35#) – 7 per side
  • 8 reps Broad jumps (8’/6′)
  • 250m Stop sign run

* SCALING NOTES:

For the TGU’s, modify to a kettlebell or dumbbell if a barbell is too challenging to stay efficient during warmup.  Follow this reps scheme:

Complete 4 rounds for time:

  • 10 reps Turkish get ups
  • 6 reps Broad jumps (6’/4′)
  • 200m Run
