1) With a running clock:

0 – 10 min:  4 Rounds

  • 15 Wall balls (20#/14#)
  • 15 Pull ups

10 – 20 min:  3 Rounds

  • 200m Run
  • 20 Ball slams (30#/20#)

20 – 30 min:  For Time

  • 50 calorie Row
  • 50 Box Jumps – 20″

* Allow at least 2 minutes of rest between each 10 minute section.  Post times for each or reps completed.
