1) EMOM 21 min:

  • MIN 1 – 8 reps DB Bulgarian split squats (35#/25#)
  • MIN 2 – :30 Handstand hold
  • MIN 3 – 200m Sprint

* Bulgarian split squats can be challenging to do correctly, even without load; be sure you are moving controlled and scale appropriately.  Allow at least :10 seconds rest after your sprint.
