1) Take 10 minutes to work up to a heavy complex:

  • 1 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats

2) Complete for time:

15 – 12 – 9 – 12 – 15

  • Overhead Squat (135#/95#)
  • Box Jump (30″/24″)

* NOTE: For part 1 “heavy” does not mean max.  You should not be failing reps leading up to your heavy lift – instead, it means building heavy while still maintaining excellent technique and speed.  Save the max efforts for max effort days.
