1) Complete each section for time:

  • 1 mile run

At the 10:00 mark:

  • 50 reps Strict Pull ups

At the 20:00 mark:

  • 100 reps Push ups

At the 26:00 mark:

  • Max time Wall Sit (back is flat against the wall, hips are at 90 degrees and hands are at sides)
