  1. Complete 5 rounds at a sprinters pace of:
  • 25 Unbroken Kettle Bell Swing (70#/53#)
  • 250 M row sprint
  • rest 2 minutes or more

*Rest at least 2 minutes, the point is to be recovered enough that you can keep a similar time for each round.
