1) Complete 5 rounds for time:

  • 3 reps Hang Squat Snatch (165#/115#)
  • 6 reps Alt. Overhead Lunges (3 on each leg)
  • 9 reps Toes to Bar

*Use the same weight for the snatches and overhead lunges.
