  • 60 reps Thrusters (45#/35#)
  • 30 reps Chest to Bar Pull ups
  • 60 reps Thrusters (45#/35#)
  • 30 reps Chest to Bar Pull ups
  • 1500m Row

* For the row, partners must switch every 250 meters.  Partition the Thrusters and Pull ups as you choose.  Thrusters are completed with an empty barbell – no dropping empty barbells!
