  • 42 Overhead DB Lunges (50#/35#)
  • 15 Hang Power Cleans (155#/105#)
  • 30 Overhead DB Lunges (50#/35#)
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans (155#/105#)
  • 18 Overhead DB Lunges (50#/35#)

* For the overhead dumbbell lunges, the athlete will hold 1 dumbbell locked out overhead.  Perform these walking, if possible.  Otherwise, alternate in place.  No dropping dumbbells from overhead!
