ACF WOD – 09.16.15 “Technical Complexity”

1) Take 15 minutes:

  • Work up to a “heavy” Squat Snatch

2) Complete for time:

  • 30 reps Squat Snatch (155#/105#)

* For part 1 “heavy” does not mean 1 rep max attempts.  Heavy should be something relatively heavy, for you, with virtually no mistakes or misses leading up to that weight.  If you start failing reps, you’re going too heavy and must lower the weight.  Part 2 is meant to be lighter than part 1.
