Complete 3 rounds for time with a partner of:

Partner 1:

  • 12 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (135#/95#)
  • 9 Over Head Squats (135#/95#)
  • 6 Burpees over the bar

Partner 2:

  • Double Front Rack KB Hold (70#/53#)

*Partner one completes one whole round while partner 2 is holding the front rack position, then switch. Each person completes 3 rounds. You cannon’t continue or start your reps until the kettle bells are in the front rack position.
