ACF WOD – 10.12.15 “Macho Man”

Complete 5 rounds for time: 10 reps Deadlift (225#/155#) 10 reps Alt. DB Snatch (40#/30#) 10 reps HSPU 10 reps Alt. DB Snatch (40#/30#) * 20 minute time cap.  Pick a weight for both the deadlift and dumbbell snatches to be unbroken.  For the snatches, complete 5 with the right then 5 with the left. Scale reps down to 8's if need be, to keep the intensity high!
