ACF WOD – 10.14.15 “Team Stealth”

With a partner, complete…

1) 15 minute running clock:

  • 8 x 200 meter runs (1 person runs while the other rests…..this is 4 x 200 each person)

With the remaining time, complete AMRAP:

  • 5 reps Wall Walks
  • 15 reps Jumping Air Squats

*Alternate rounds, rest while your partner works. The score is the number of rounds/reps on the wall walks/jumping squats.
