We would like to give a huge shoutout and *HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY* (on 10.19.15) to one of our amazing clients, friends, father-in-law and Grandpa-to-be, JOE TIPTON!!!  We are so happy to have you as a huge part of our ACF FAMILY!  So today, in his honor, we do The Filthy 50!!!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOE!

1) Complete for time:

  • 50 reps Box Jumps  (24″/20″)
  • 50 reps Jumping Pull-ups
  • 50 reps Kettlebell Swings – 1 pood (35#)
  • 50 reps Walking Lunge
  • 50 reps Knees to Elbows
  • 50 reps Push Press (45#/35#)
  • 50 reps Back ext. (sub: Goodmornings – 45#/35#)
  • 50 reps Wallballs (20#/14#)
  • 50 reps Burpees
  • 50 reps Double Unders

*30 minute time cap.  SCALE appropriately; you can make this workout a “Dirty 30” or even “Terrible 20.”  The goal is to finish all movements within the time cap.
