1) Complete for time:

  • 400m Run
  • 30 reps Ring Dip
  • 400m Run
  • 20 reps Ring Dip
  • 400m Run
  • 10 reps Ring Dip

* Athletes must complete 10 strict Pull-ups (scaled: 5) for every time they break on the rings.  Pull-ups do not need to be unbroken.
