  • 30 Deadlifts (315#/225#)
  • 800 m Run
  • 30 Deadlifts (225#/135#)
  • 400 m Run
  • 30 Deadlifts (135#/95#)

*Partners must run together, Break up the deadlift reps however you want. Rest while your partner is working on the deadlifts.
